Properties ATC (Phils.) was organized in Y2008 by Anna W. Corpus-Say, a licensed real estate broker who specializes in condominium selling and leasing and has extensive experience in project development and management, especially high-rise condominium developments in the business districts of Metro Manila.  

Ms. Say is an alumna of Maryknoll College (currently Miriam College), took her Philosophy Degree Course Minor in Mathematics in UP Diliman, and her Master's Degree in Ateneo de Manila.  She previously worked with Meridien Development Group  / Century Properties Group for 17 years prior to putting up her own brokerage firm.  She is a member of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Brokers (PAREB-QCRB) and Management Association of the Philippines (MAP).

For those who are looking to buy or lease a property, we can perform the following services:
  • Review available properties based on client's purchase requirements, and make recommendations accordingly
  • Make arrangements for inspection of those properties client has determined to be of interest
  • Submit an offer to Seller/Lessor on behalf of client once client has chosen a property
  • Assist in looking for financing and with the prequalification requirements
  • Assist in processing the transfer of the property title upon finalization of sale
  • Assist in moving into the property once sale/lease is finalized, including but not limited to minor construction and preparation

  • Perform initial ocular inspection and due diligence of property to determine best market value and pricing options
  • Provide opinion on best marketing strategies and develop marketing plan fit for the property, including market feedback
  • Provide standard formats of contracts and assist in reviews and customization 
  • Assist in the lease payment collection process and monitoring, including formal communications regarding payment delinquency and eviction coordination
  • Assist in monitoring Lessee's conforme to the requirements of property maintenance, including formal communication of demands for repair
  • Assist in procuring and supervising property maintenance services including construction repairs and renovations, utilities activation and maintenance
  • Market and advertise the property in different medias, including but not limited to this website and other online platforms relating to property selling/leasing
  • Review all offers and verify buyer/lessee qualifications prior to submission
  • Facilitate negotiation process including all communication, background checks, inspections, financing, documentation, title transfers
